Reterra and NOBE marked a significant milestone in early May with a cornerstone-laying and topping out ceremony for Tabasalu Pargikodud (Tabasalu Park Residence). The modern residential and commercial building rising at Kallaste 5 will be completed by the end of 2026. The cost of the development is €7 million.
According to Kaspar Markus, Reterra’s Sales Manager, interest in Pargikodu has been very high – 60 % of the apartments had already been sold by the time of the cornerstone and topping out ceremony. He explains that buyers appreciate well-designed homes, fair pricing and Tabasalu’s valued living environment, which combines green spaces, good accessibility and everyday amenities.
Pargikodu will comprise a total of 30 2- to 5-room (1- to 4-bedroom) apartments, each with a balcony or terrace. Residents’ comfort is enhanced by a lift, storage rooms, parking spaces and high-quality interior finishes.
Kaspar Markus emphasises that Tabasalu has become an increasingly popular, family-friendly residential area close to the city of Tallinn. He notes that it is also significant that the new development is being built next to the Tabasalu Centre, created by Reterra, in the heart of the community, contributing to the holistic development of the area.
The architectural design of Tabasalu Pargikodu was created by PIN Arhitektid, combining contemporary architecture with a suburban setting.
