Reterra Estate OÜ is a domestic capital-based real estate development and investment company. Our focus is on commercial and residential real estate development projects in Tallinn, Tartu, and Riga.
In commercial real estate, we have strong expertise in offering customized solutions for development projects for IT, start-up, and Telecom companies. In addition to office space, we are increasingly expanding the share of retail and service space.
In residential development projects, we focus exclusively on apartment buildings, working only with top architectural firms. This allows us to offer the best price-quality ratio, which has strong market value and attracts buyers.

The beginning of our story
Reterra was launched, and our first major project – the construction of Telia Ärimaja – started right away. It was the beginning of a journey whose most important resource was not concrete or steel, but the dream of doing things a little better.
Year of Cornerstones
We sent a clear message to the market: Reterra wants to shape a better future in both private and commercial real estate. New cornerstones for Pähklikodu and Tiskre Ärimaja were laid. The start of construction on the WoHo quarter showed that we are ready for large-scale projects and are not afraid of the responsibility that comes with them.
First commercial building
Reterra developed its first commercial real estate project from scratch to a successful completion – Tiskre Ärimaja. A successful start and positive feedback from partners gave us the confidence that, by acting wisely, we could begin to raise our ambitions.
Confidently entering new markets
The journey that began in Tallinn took us to Tartu, and Raadimõisa became the first new development next to the ERM. But why not look even further ahead? Heading south, the decision was made to enter the Riga real estate market.
Special developments for top performers
The WoHo quarter was completed, with Scandinavian Telecom giant Telia and Estonian unicorn Pipedrive moving in. Reterra's portfolio of special projects expanded further – each project confirmed that we know how to listen, adapt, and respond to different needs.

The Raemõisa project has started
We started developing Raemõisa. Its location, which is close enough to the city yet far enough away, has made Raemõisa one of Reterra's most popular new developments to date. And new buildings keep popping up.
Tabasalu artery
In 2022, we opened the Tabasalu Center, which quickly became a local community hub with its retail and office space and is trusted by major Estonian brands such as Selver, as well as smaller players ranging from caterers to beauty salons.
Open to new – rebranding
Although the projects were getting bigger and bigger, we were still operating backstage. Positive feedback and recommendations from partners made us think about openness. At the end of the year, Reterra was reborn with a new brand and mindset – still committed, but more open to new ideas and collaborations. Open to new.
The new arrival of the Hippodrome
These grand ambitions became reality with the start of development and sales of the Hippodrome residential and business quarter, which became Reterra's largest project to date. Tallinn's most modern campus will be able to accommodate nearly 10,000 jobs on 35 hectares of living space.
Reterra turned 10
Reterra caravan has reached its tenth anniversary. The journey, which has been full of joy and a satisfied audience, but also bureaucratic tightrope walking and architectural acrobatics, deserved to be celebrated. We raised our glasses, celebrated life and its absurdity – and the rest remained in our memories.
