Who are we?
Reterra Estate OÜ is an Estonian real estate development and investment company. Our main investments are aimed at commercial real estate and residential real estate development projects in Tallinn, Tartu, and Riga.
In commercial real estate, the emphasis is on office spaces, but the share of retail and service spaces in our development projects is increasing. We have great competence in providing custom solutions for IT, start-up, and telecom companies in their development projects.
In residential development projects, we mainly focus on apartment buildings, where we emphasise excellent architectural solutions, involving only top architectural firms, and creating the proper value for money with a strong market value and buyer’s interest.
