Campaign terms and conditions
The “Reterra New Beginnings” campaign is valid from 01.05.2026 to 30.06.2026.
The campaign offer applies upon signing the notarised sales agreement during the campaign period.
The New Beginnings Fund amount is up to €25,000 depending on the selected development (VAT included):
- Hipodroomi – €25,000
- City Tower – €25,000
- Raemõisa – €10,000
- Aviaatori Homes– €10,000
- Tabasalu Park Home – €10,000
As part of the campaign, within the allocated development-specific fund amount, you may choose or combine the following benefits:
- discount on the apartment purchase price;
- Reterra designer kitchen;
- interior furnishing credit with our partners*;
- parking space in selected projects;
- storage unit in selected projects.
*List of Reterra partners: Hektor Light, Sofaservice, Aunman, Furgner, Kardinal Kardinasalong, Ruuby, Dever Aknakatted, Ardrai, ELKE Mööbel.
Please note that the list of partners may be updated over time.
The kitchen and furnishing credit is valid for 3 months from the signing of the real rights agreement and can be used for purchasing a kitchen and/or interior furnishings from a kitchen/interior supplier selected by the buyer.
Only one active campaign offer may apply per apartment purchase at a time. Different campaign offers cannot be combined.

The campaign does not apply to apartments already offered at a discounted price.
