Readers of finantsuudised.ee nominated Merilyn Laigna, CFO of Reterra Estate, as a candidate for the title of “Most Influential CFO of the Year.” This recognition highlights her significant role in supporting Reterra’s progress and development, including her steady management of financial processes and funding.
Laigna’s work has been crucial for Reterra during this pivotal period. In 2025, after extensive preparations, Reterra started construction of the Hipodroomi quarter in Põhja-Tallinn, one of the most notable development projects in recent years. Reterra also expanded its operations in the Latvian market last year.
