Lellepi Quarter

Lellepi Quarter is a residential and business district located near downtown Tartu, behind St. Peter’s Church. The new neighbourhood being built on the site of a former metal factory consists of six buildings, containing a total of 152 apartments and approximately 4,000 square meters of commercial space.

The development combines modern architecture with the area’s historical heritage, creating a cohesive and well-thought-out urban space. Most of the parking will be moved underground to free up courtyard areas for green spaces, recreation, and community activities.
