Vilmsi 7

Vilmsi 7 is a fully renovated historic wooden house in Kadriorg, which is under heritage protection and has only 8 unique apartments. The building is located between Vilmsi and Vesivärava streets – in an area where the oldest buildings date back to 1887. The development has been adapted to modern living standards, while preserving as many original details as possible. The historic parquet floors, high doors, cornices, and rosettes have been restored, and the pot stoves are in working order. The apartments range in size from 47 to 130 m², making them suitable for both single people and families. The interior design was created by Aet Piel, whose practical and sensitive approach emphasizes the uniqueness of each home. The four apartments also have a private courtyard area. Vilmsi 7 combines modern comfort with historical value.
