WoHo (Work/Home) hybrid quarter combines work and home. Located on one of Tallinn’s most important transport routes, the quarter consists of two 14-story high-rise buildings and a 500-space parking garage, offering a total of 35,000 m² of modern commercial and residential space. WoHo is home to the headquarters of telecommunications company Telia Eesti and international technology company Pipedrive. Approximately 1,300 people work here on a daily basis.

The upper floors of the Pipedrive building feature 49 exclusive apartments with 3.2-meter-high ceilings and windows offering stunning views of the city. Among them are three luxurious penthouse-style homes.

The quarter has received widespread recognition, including a nomination for the Tallinn Business Award, a nomination for the Estonian Interior Architects’ Union Annual Award, and the Best BIM Collaboration Project Award.

WoHo was created in collaboration with EKE Invest and Polaria Kinnisvara.
