The building, located at Kallaste 5 in the heart of Tabasalu, will be used for family homes and commercial premises. The new building will be completed by the end of 2026 and the investment cost is €7 million. Tabasalu Pargikodud was designed by PIN Arhitektid- The builder is NOBE.
According to Kaspar Markus, Sales and Marketing Manager at Reterra, the building will have a total of 30 two- to five-room apartments, all with balconies or terraces- In addition, residents will enjoy the convenience of a lift, storage rooms (including for bicycles and prams), private parking spaces and high-quality interior finishes. According to Markus, buyer interest is high. “Already 13, or more than a third, of the apartments have been sold, which means that Tabasalu is a highly valued living environment among buyers.”
The Pargikodud apartments are located near Klooga Road and are therefore very easily accessible. “We can clearly see that people increasingly prefer suburban areas close to the city and cosy, family-friendly living environments – there is more privacy and greenery here, while Tallinn is only a short drive away. Pargikodud is an ideal residential area, where all everyday services are just a few steps away,” said Markus.
